Tea is a way of breathing and of enjoying, a subtlety of delicates tastes. The best cup of tea is prepared with love and dedication and served in the company of friends.
Ann's passion for tea started to grow during her thesis about the Camelia Senensis, a.k.a tea plant. She decided to share this newfound love with the world. Currently Ann advices many a Michelin star restaurant in Belgium and The Netherlands about tea, moreover she was crowned as the first Tea Sommelier of the Benelux.
Each year, Ann goes to the vast outskirts of China, to handpick the best teas: pure, biodynamically grown and pesticide/herbicide free.
